Our dedication to fostering an environment where every individual feels valued and respected was demonstrated on an even grander scale.
Embracing Equity: Uniting Voices and Values on International Women’s Day
At our core, we recognise the power of diversity and its integral role in shaping our teams. With a remarkable 70% of our workforce and 67% of first-line managers being female, we've seen first-hand the profound impact of gender diversity. Ensuring gender equity remains paramount in our pursuit of creating a harmonious and thriving workplace.
To support the theme #EmbraceEquity this year, we invited our colleagues all over the world to participate in the #EmbraceEquity pose, symbolising our united stand for equality. The response was overwhelming, and we were thrilled to see so many people participate in the campaign. The campaign's resounding success reaffirms our dedication to advancing equity and inclusion across all facets of our organisation.
Additionally, to extend the theme, together with our sister company Europamundo Vacaciones, we engaged our colleagues in a meaningful dialogue, asking them to share their personal perspectives on equity.
