Once a group tour is finalised, the agency will provide us with the names and emails of the tour leader, coach driver and guide. From there, they will receive an email with everything they need to set up the app application in just three simple steps. It’s quick, straightforward, and designed to help them hit the ground running.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Partners Mobile Application 

1. I am unable to log in to the Partners mobile application using my email address. My email is not recognised.
Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly. If you still cannot log in, it may be because you haven’t been added to a tour yet. Please contact your agency or Kuoni Tumlare representative to confirm that your tour is ready and that they have your correct email address.
2. How do I activate the application?

Once you've been assigned to your first tour, activating the application is simple:  

  1. Download the application for free from your app store by searching for ‘KT Partners.’  

  1. Enter the email address you provided to your agency and click enter or select the blue arrow.  

  1. Check your email for a 4-digit verification code.  

  1. Enter the code into the application, and you're in! Your assigned tour will be displayed. 

3. I need to be added/assigned to my tour.
To see your tour in the application, you’ll need to be assigned by your agency or Kuoni Tumlare representative. Please contact them to confirm that your tour is ready and allocated to you. 
4. I didn’t receive an email with my verification code. What should I do?

Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact your agency or Kuoni Tumlare representative to check that they have your correct email address. 

5. Can I see the itinerary when I'm offline?
Yes! Once the tour is downloaded to your phone, you can access it offline. If there are any changes, your itinerary will automatically update when you’re back online. 
6. I cannot find my previous tours in the application.
Your full tour itineraries will remain in the application for up to 5 days after the tour is completed. Previous tours will also appear in your profile for up to 30 days, and you can leave feedback at any point during this period. After this period, the tours will no longer be visible. 
7. How can I make changes, notes or update information to the tour itinerary?

If you need to make changes or updates before the tour starts, please contact your agency or Kuoni Tumlare representative. If the tour has already started, contact the relevant country’s Customer Support number, which you can find under ‘Help’ in the app. 

To add personal notes, use the Tour Notes or Service Notes sections within the application. 

8. Where can I find entrance/excursion tickets in the application?
Currently, only Kuoni Tumlare vouchers can be viewed and downloaded in the application. Third-party tickets and vouchers for entrances or excursions will be sent to you via email as usual and should be printed ahead of time. 
9. I have feedback or suggestions. Where can I share them?
